本剧所选诗歌比较零散，对于不太熟悉诗歌世界重要人物、重要作品的读者而言，是一本科普性的诗集影视作品。虽然本剧收录了古今中外优秀的诗歌，不过这剧名取得还是有点太夸张了。
我读这部剧最大的收获就是了解了西方世界重要的浪漫主义、象征主义流派的诗人，并对他们出现的先后顺序、主要作品有了一个基础的了解，而且能从他们的一两首诗中品看到他们各自不同的特点，对个别诗人产生了特别的喜爱，尤其是辛波斯卡、里尔克、纪伯伦、聂鲁达、雪莱、华兹华斯等人。

特别适用的工作实操工具书，不单单是工作的实操，还有对自己生活的实操
真是支离破碎，逻辑论证不到位，私货倒是很多。这里感觉那里感觉，把中国文化这么宏大的东西用结构主义来分析，但对中西方文化都没有促进更好的理解

很不错的一本剧。闲适悠然的一种力量，引导读者去感受、接纳、改变。年纪越大，越没有精力。赶紧趁年轻尚有精力的时候，开始动手给自己营造一个舒适干净利落的家。居住环境就是我们身边的风水，气运流通，自然身体健康心情愉悦。在动手之前，给一个建议：真的要从一个小点开始去整理打算。因为，一个小处会带来大的对比，让人更有信心。行为改变习惯，行为改变心情甚至影响心理。看完书，就去动手吧
半小时系列 单独看是一个个独立的体系 合在一起，就是贯古通今 融汇中西的大合集～ 如果没有时间完整的看下鸿篇巨制， 那么不时地花半小时来了解一段历史也很有收获.
纸书和网剧结合看完了。这世界上唯一不变的就是“变”，书中的案例、故事和部分观点确实颠覆了我既往的认知，也反映出中国社会各个阶层的小趋势。也许他们将来会成为一股洋流产生重大影响。
暗示——习惯——奖励 这条回路是全书的核心。无论是通过小鼠找食物的科学实验，还是病人尤金都说明，大脑通过习惯让我们不再遇到事情都思考，而行形成一种习惯行为释放大脑。 商业广告、球队等等的事例，都是运用了这个回路。 黑人运动社会大事件形成、牧师的信仰传播都是利用（或者反利用）这种方式。让人形成习惯，并且不觉得有什么不对劲别扭的地方。 梦游的行为、赌博上瘾都是是惯常行为，但是明显后者可以自己有意识，这也为改变行为提供了可能。 全书最后提供的读者实践教读者如何在生活中如何利用这个回路改变习惯。并且通过编剧写作这部剧的现实例子，来阐述改变习惯的整个过程。 其中一个关键点就是诱因： 时间 地点 情绪 其他人 连贯的动作 每个人当想要改变这个习惯的时候，就在做这个动作之前，思考这五个方面，做记录、做替换，最终改掉习惯。
爱自己、灵感和确定感，这是三个联系在一起的美好状态。人越爱自己，就越能和自己的内心建立连接，而越和自己的内心紧密相连，就越能收到来自内心的灵感，人可以更多地生活在内心的指引之下。 我觉得这是这部剧的核心观点，什么时候都好好爱自己，然后就可以自信地面对生活，然后可以冷静地对待遇到的困难，之后才能够不自责不埋怨地解决问题，从而积极乐观地看待生活，进而达到大爱
这部剧是因跑友推荐而安利的，这是一本围绕青春与梦想的书。书中的故事情节和人物都特别让人感动，他们积极向上，始终坚持着一个共同的信念：不遗余力、奋力拼搏，为了自己的梦想而战的青春故事，喜欢跑步的书友们一定要去看看这部动漫，书也是特别的精彩，都不要错过哦特别喜欢书中的一句话：“明明这么痛苦，这么难过，为什么就是不能放弃跑步？因为全身细胞都在蠢蠢欲动，想要感受强风迎面吹拂的滋味”。跑步是一种很孤独的运动，只要喜欢上了就会更加热爱它，跑起来，所有的问题都能迎刃而解，而我们的生活也是如此，很多时候我们不用过于在乎输赢，因为每一次成功与失败都是有价值的，每一次砥砺前行都是有意义的。
